At Logo Scientific, we specialize in delivering customized digital services including branding, logo design, web development, digital marketing, and related creative products. Due to the intangible and personalized nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the project has commenced or digital files have been delivered.

The following services/products are non-refundable:

• Custom logo designs
   
• Branding and identity packages
   
• Website development & UI/UX projects
   
• E-commerce setup or customization
   
• Digital marketing strategies and campaigns
   
• Any downloadable or delivered digital design work
   

Once the initial concepts or final files are shared, refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances.

Although we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Most of our packages include a predefined number of revisions. If you're not satisfied with the initial design:

• You may request revisions within the scope of the project, depending on the package selected.
   
• We’ll work with you to ensure the final output meets your expectations within reasonable limits.
   

Requests for major rework beyond the original brief or included revisions may incur additional charges.

If a client decides to cancel a project before any design or development work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, minus administrative and consultation fees.

However, if any phase of the project has been started, no refunds will be provided.

If a project is delayed or halted due to lack of communication from the client’s side (e.g., no feedback, content delay, or inactivity for 15 days or more), the project will be considered abandoned. No refund will be issued, and reactivation of the project may require additional fees.

Turnaround times are discussed before project initiation. Delays due to feedback or approvals from the client’s side are not grounds for refunds. Delivery is considered complete once final files or links are shared via email or agreed platform.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us for a resolution first is a breach of our policy. We reserve the right to dispute such claims with documented proof of service delivery.
